For your first visit, please
arrive 15 minutes early for preparation and consultation allowing
us to spend the full time on your service.
Arriving late
for your appointment may shorten the time allocation for your
treatment.
As we do not keep unconfirmed
appointments, we will call you 48 hours prior to your booking to
verify your time and service.
This also allows you time to
cancel within 24 hours if you no longer require this booking as 24
hours notice is required to avoid a full fee payment or forfeiting
of a gift voucher or membership hours.
