Massage is an extremely relaxing

we suggest little extras before your massage begins.... full
body scrubs and the infra red sauna will only enhance your sense of
delight.
This is great for detoxifying and
skin regeneration along with using specific techniques for
relieveing muscle tension in the body.
Once you have chosen your
appointment time you can, in consultation with your therapist,
decide the areas that may require the most attention. For
example a One hour appointment may consist of the your neck and
back area and include the feet to complete your treatment. We
will be guided by you as to the pressure you most prefer to ensure
your state of relaxation.
Being on a lightly heated bed with
fluffy towels along with using warm oils you will float to another
place. You will be able to take on the world after this!
